This privacy policy refers to the FacePlus mobile software application and all its included applications (each, an “App”). This privacy policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by FacePlus and how we intend to use it.

This Privacy Policy applies to our online activities and application and is valid for visitors to our www.faceplus.app application with regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in FacePlus. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website or application.

aemos GmbH collects the following data:

• Personal Identification information (Name, email address, phone number, company name) will be collected when you register through our application or voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or vie email.

• App usage information (user ID, device ID, coarse location, usage information, product interaction) when using the FacePlus Application.
• aemos does not collect any of the images uploaded to the application. Additionally aemos does not collect any Face Data used within the processes of the application

• Managing your account, which includes supporting functions, and processing your subscription.
• Provide, operate, and maintain our application as well as understand and analyze how you use our application.
• Email you regarding new product features or special offers on other products or services.

We do not sell your personal information, as set forth in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

If you agree, aemos GmbH will share your data with our partner companies so that we can further use their platforms to provide our services to you.

• Alphabet, Inc. – only for website usage information.
• Meta Platforms, Inc.

aemos confirms, that any third party with whom the app shares user data will provide the same or equal protection of user data stated as stated in this privacy policy and required by the App Store guidelines.

When aemos GmbH processes your order, it may send your data to and use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Data Storage

aemos GmbH makes sure your data is secured by industry standard measures.

Our company will keep your personal identification information beyond the duration of your subscription for the required statutory period. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by removing it from our servers.

aemos does not store or receive any images, or face data uploaded or given access to from your local device.

Marketing

aemos GmbH would like to send you information about products or services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receiving marketing, you may always opt out later. You have the right at any time to stop aemos GmbH from contacting you for marketing purposes.
